It is a beautiful, spacious modern hotel, and its biggest asset is professional and friendly staff. We were greeted by very helpful and smiley Lorenzo who made us feel special. He was very accommodating and helpful. We also had a drink in the bar and we were served by amazing Mila, who was very friendly and chatty and took some photos for us. The next morning the receptionist Chiara gave us a comprehensive advice on the best routes for visiting Genoa. The room was beautiful and spotless with spectacular views of Genoa. We will be back . The property was perfectly located to explore the city and not have to constantly worry about driving your vehicle. Plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as events if you have a family. The price was great for the location I will definitely make this my go to hotel when I am around Genoa again. A big thank you to the staff as I had to extend am extra night due to the ferry not leaving the date it was suppose to. The staff told me the hotel was booked but they worked their magic so I could keep room an extra night thank you!

Location, location, location. We were thrilled to find this lovely hotel right across from the Brignole train station. We took a day trip to Portofino (an easy 20 minute train trip) and had an early train to Venice the next day, so it was super great to be a five minute walk to the station. Our room was beautiful and very much up to standards common in nice US hotel chains. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, clean and lovely. We were there for two nights and it was very reasonably priced.

the reception asked me for a bank card when I checked in, for guarantee, and the hotel tried to take the same amount that I paid in Booking through the bank, but the good thing was that I had to approve the payment, and when I told them that, they said that we thought that you did not pay the fees, knowing that the withdrawal was during the middle of the night. While I was sleeping, the stay was generally comfortable, but there was a scam in the reception

The location was very nice. The very good promotion to upgrade with a price. The room was spacious and clean. We were on the 9th floor. The minibar was ok. Breakfast is included but with no variety. The staff was nice and helpful.

Great 4* hotel located conveniently next to a major train/metro station in central Genova. Staff was always super helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Noise isolation was very good - you couldn't hear a major street next to the hotel at all. Rooms were clean and quite modern for Italian standards.
